General Terms & Conditions – Amora Aesthetics Skin Clinic
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or attending the clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
2. Age Requirement
All clients must be *18 years or older* to receive treatments. Valid identification may be required before treatment.
3. Consultations & Treatment Suitability
All advanced or medical aesthetic treatments require a *consultation prior to treatment*.
Practitioners reserve the right to *decline or postpone treatment* if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

4. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments must be booked in advance via our booking system, telephone, or in person.
* A *deposit may be required* to secure your appointment.
* Deposits are *non-refundable* but may be transferred if sufficient notice is given.
* Appointments are subject to availability.
5. Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
We require a *minimum of 72 hours notice* to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
* Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice may result in *loss of deposit or session deduction from a package*.
* Failure to attend an appointment (*no-show) will result in the treatment being **forfeited or charged in full*.

6. Payments & Pricing
Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will honour the price quoted at the time of booking.
7. Packages & Courses of Treatments
Courses or treatment packages must be *paid in full in advance*.
* Packages are *non-transferable and non-refundable*.
* Any unused sessions must be used within the validity period specified at purchase.

8. Results & Expectations
Aesthetic treatments aim to improve skin appearance and concerns, however *results cannot be guaranteed* and vary from person to person depending on factors such as age, skin condition, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare advice.
9. Aftercare Responsibilities
Clients must follow all *aftercare advice and instructions* provided by their practitioner.
Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect results and the clinic cannot be held responsible for complications resulting from non-compliance.
10. Products & Retail Purchases
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, *opened products cannot be returned or refunded* unless faulty.
Unopened products may be returned within *14 days of purchase* with proof of purchase.
11. Liability
While every care is taken to ensure safe treatments, Amora Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for:
* Allergic reactions or complications resulting from *undisclosed medical conditions*
* Failure to follow aftercare instructions
* Individual variations in treatment results

12. Right to Refuse Treatment
The clinic reserves the right to *refuse or discontinue treatment* at any time if it is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the client’s best interest.
13. Complaints Procedure
Client satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please contact the clinic in writing within *7 days of your appointment* so we can review and resolve the matter.
14. Amendments to Terms
Amora Aesthetics Skin Clinic reserves the right to *update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time*. Updated versions will be published on our website.
