Cancellation Policy
Amora Aesthetics Clinic & Treatment Policy 1. Appointments & Bookings All appointments must be booked in advance. Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice for any booking or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in the session being counted as missed. Walk-ins may be accepted subject to availability, but prior booking is recommended. 2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations or reschedules with less than 72 hours’ notice may incur a charge or count as a missed session. Missed appointments without notice cannot be refunded. 3. Refunds & Package Policies Treatment packages and prepaid sessions are non-transferable. If a refund is requested after part of a package is used, the full single session price will be deducted from the total, and the remaining balance refunded. Once two or more sessions of a package are used, no refund is available. 4. Treatment Guidelines All treatments are delivered by trained and certified practitioners. Results may vary depending on individual skin type and lifestyle factors. For medical-grade treatments, a consultation is required prior to the first session. Any contraindications or health conditions must be disclosed before treatment. 5. LED & Upgrades Complimentary upgrades (e.g., LED light therapy) are subject to availability.
